Why should I retain a lawyer before paying a bond in Dallas County?
While hiring a bondsman may be the first thing you think about, hiring an attorney is at least equally important. An attorney can tell you more about the charges, the process, and where representation is going to make a difference. Particularly in Dallas, where the jails are dealing in volume, you need an advocate on your side as soon as possible.
A Dallas criminal defense attorney will know whether the bond amount is within the normal range in your location. Your attorney can request a reduction if it’s an unreasonable amount.
Our firm handles all types of state and federal criminal offenses, including white-collar crimes, drug crimes, crimes against persons or property, and DWI offenses.
