He is the managing partner of Varghese Summersett PLLC, a Fort Worth law firm handling state and federal criminal defense, asset forfeitures, white collar crime, civil litigation, and family law matters.
Benson Varghese received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University before he went on to obtain his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Benson Varghese participated in mock trial and moot court competitions and served as an editor for two law journals. He is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, an associate member of Eldon B.
