Rachel Zahn

Client Relations Specialist

Rachel Zahn is a client relations specialist at Varghese Summersett, where she is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with the firm’s clients as they navigate an emotional and complex journey through the criminal justice system. Rachel is usually the first person clients see when they come into the office and the first person they talk to when they call.

Rachel is passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service. She strives to make sure each and every client feels heard, respected, and supported. She is highly skilled in problem-solving, delivering timely solutions, and managing high-priority tasks.

In addition to client communications, Rachel also assists the firm’s attorneys and staff in various administrative and legal duties. Her positivity, patience, and work ethic make Rachel an invaluable asset to the team.

Background

Rachel grew up in the Dallas suburb of McKinney, where she graduated from McKinney Boyd High School in 2010. She attended the University of North Texas and, later, Western Governors University, where she is currently working toward an accounting degree.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 3-year-old daughter and painting – mostly watercolor or oil paintings. Her usual muses are landscapes and flowers, but on occasion, she’ll paint abstract/modern art.

Fun Fact: Rachel loves to sing and used to perform regularly in dive bars when she was a freshman in college. She has also been to four countries in South America and loves exploring new cultures.
