Jenn Ridgeway | Operations Director

Jenn Ridgeway is the Operations Director at Varghese Summersett, where she is responsible for streamlining processes across all divisions and improving the overall efficiency of our firm.

With an extensive background in organizational administration and a keen eye for detail, Jenn plays a critical role in coordinating the firm’s various functions and ensuring that operational goals are met effectively and efficiently. This includes managing day-to-day operations, implementing new systems and procedures to improve performance, and identifying areas for growth and development.

She works closely with all divisions – criminal defense, personal injury, and family law –  to ensure seamless collaboration and communication between the teams. Her exceptional problem-solving abilities and commitment to excellence make Jenn an invaluable asset to our team.

Background

Jenn was born in Illinois but has called North Texas home since she was 9. She graduated from Trinity Baptist Academy, a small private school in Arlington. After high school, she went to seminary and graduated with a secretarial science degree. She later attended nursing school and worked in the healthcare industry for many years on the administration side before starting a successful photography business, Jenmark Photography.  In 2021, she headed back into the corporate world, where she loves to create systems that work and help make others’ lives easier.

Jenn’s diverse background has given her a unique perspective on operations and management. Her experience in the corporate world and entrepreneurship has allowed her to develop strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. She is able to see the bigger picture while also understanding the importance of the smallest details in running a successful organization.

In her free time, you will probably find Jenn at a sports practice or a football game. She is the mom of three teenage boys.
